What to include in your brief.
- Order unit & contents
- State individual garments or complete sets, and list any extra pieces separately. Prices and quantities are agreed on that basis.
- Fit & measurements
- Provide the size range, intended fit and measurement chart or reference sample. Confirm measuring points and acceptable tolerances.
- Material & construction
- Discuss composition, GSM, stretch, opacity and finishing. Available materials and technical details are confirmed for the project.
- Decoration & artwork
- Specify sublimation or embroidery requirements with permitted logos, colors, dimensions and placements. Other applications require confirmation.
- Sampling & approval
- Discuss the sample needed to establish fit, material, construction or artwork. Agree its cost, timing and role in bulk approval.
- Repeat orders & delivery
- Supply previous order references when applicable, quantities, destination and required arrival date. Confirm minimums, material batches and timing.
