Buyer resources

A clearer brief.
A more useful quotation.

You do not need every technical answer to begin. Share what you know, identify what needs development and discuss the remaining details with AAS.

Your first inquiry

Start with six essentials.

  1. Company or brand, contact name and buyer role.
  2. Products and approximate quantities, stating garments or sets.
  3. Fit, size range and any measurement chart or sample reference.
  4. Artwork, permitted logos and color references, if available.
  5. Destination country, postal code and required arrival date.
  6. Sample, bulk, reorder, private-label or packaging requirements.
Materials, sizing & artwork

The details worth agreeing.

Fabric specification

Ask about composition, GSM, stretch, opacity, hand feel and construction. Discuss a swatch before relying on a screen image. Technical performance claims should be supported by the relevant material information.

Measurement chart

Use a separate chart for each garment and fit. Identify measuring points, units and tolerances. A size label alone does not define the finished measurements.

Artwork reference

Provide editable vector artwork when available, with logo dimensions, positions and named color references. Discuss file suitability with AAS. Share only artwork you are permitted to use.

Sourcing FAQs

Before the order is confirmed.

Commercial details and production commitments belong in your project quotation. These answers help you prepare the conversation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities are confirmed for the product, construction, decoration and order mix in your quotation. Include the quantity for each garment or set, including any small add-on order.

Can I request a sample before bulk production?

Discuss the sample required, its purpose, cost and timing with AAS. Agree whether it will establish the fabric, fit, construction or artwork reference for the bulk order before approving it.

Which size chart should I use?

Send your own measurement chart or ask AAS to discuss the required fit. Confirm the measuring points, size range and tolerances, with separate sizes for jerseys and bottoms.

Do I need a finished tech pack?

No finished tech pack is needed to start a conversation. Send a clear reference and describe the intended garments, quantities and fit. Development work, specifications and sample requirements can then be discussed.

Which decoration methods are available?

AAS has four in-house sublimation printers, in-house embroidery and a roll-to-roll setup. Discuss the appropriate application for your artwork and fabric. Other decoration methods should be confirmed for the project.

Can the order include player names and numbers?

Include exact names, numbers and sizes in a final roster, and identify each garment receiving personalization. Confirm artwork placement and set contents before approving the order.

How do I approve colors?

Supply named color references and discuss a physical swatch or test print when matching matters. Screen colors vary; agree the relevant physical reference and any acceptable variation.

How long does production and shipping take?

Timing is project-specific. Artwork approval, sampling, production, dispatch and transit are separate stages. Give the required arrival date and postal code so feasibility can be discussed before a commitment.

Can you consider an urgent order?

Share the required arrival date, destination, quantity and artwork status at the start. Feasibility depends on the full specification and current production and shipping availability; an inquiry is not a delivery commitment.

How do repeat orders work?

Send the original order reference, artwork and specification with the new quantities. Confirm current minimums, material availability and any batch-color checks before the reorder is approved.

Can we discuss private labels and packaging?

Yes. Share your label, hangtag and packaging requirements for review. The available options, costs, approval process and any confidentiality terms must be agreed for the project.

When are payments due, and what is included in freight?

The written quotation should establish currency, payment milestones, garment and sample charges, packaging and freight. Confirm who is responsible for destination duties and taxes before ordering. Contact AAS for payment instructions.

How should I raise a quality concern?

Contact AAS with the order reference, affected garment details, quantities and clear photographs. The concern can be reviewed against the approved specification and agreed order terms. Remedy terms are confirmed with the order; no automatic refund or replacement promise is made here.
